1. No Refund for Used Coins

Coins cannot be refunded once they are used for:

  • Unlocking contact details
  • Hiding or modifying biodata information
  • Featuring a biodata in the ‘Featured’ section

These services are considered consumed immediately, and we cannot verify user satisfaction or reverse the effects.

2. Accidental Purchases

If you made a mistaken coin purchase, please contact us within 24 hours. Refunds for accidental purchases are only possible if:

  • No coins have been used.
  • Proof of the mistaken transaction is provided.

3. Duplicate or Erroneous Transactions

If you were charged twice or an error occurred during payment:

  • Contact us with your transaction ID and details.
  • Verified duplicate payments will be fully refunded.

4. Service Disruptions

In the case of a technical issue where:

  • You purchased coins but didn’t receive them, or
  • A paid service (like contact unlock or feature request) was not successfully applied

We will either credit the coins back to your account or process a full refund, depending on the situation.

5. No Refund for Privacy or Featured Services

Coins used to:

  • Hide parts of your biodata
  • Feature your profile

Are not eligible for refund once activated.

6. Abuse of Refund Policy

We reserve the right to:

  • Reject refund requests from users repeatedly misusing this policy
  • Suspend accounts found violating platform terms or engaging in fraudulent behavior

📝How to Request a Refund

Please email us at support@kobul.net with the following:

  • Your registered email address or phone number
  • Transaction ID or screenshot of payment
  • Reason for the refund request

Our team will get back to you. If found valid, it can take up to 7-10 working days for funds to return to your account after a requested refund. If it has been longer than 10 working days, please call +8801339-521218 (10 AM-7 PM). A confirmation email will be sent to the user once the process is completed.
